The Proform 4.5 Trainer Treadmill comes with a powerful 2.75 HP motor that will please most of the walkers, joggers and casual runners. The belt is pretty spacious but it would be much nicer if they had gone for a longer belt.

The Proform 4.5 Trainer Treadmill comes also with a decent sound system and an IPod dock. It also has 8 built in workouts and a very nice Weight Loss Center. Overall we think that this treadmill has a good value for an economy class machine.

It would be nice if they extend the warranty for parts and if the incline system and maximum speed will be bigger. But in the end this is a economy treadmill and we think that it’s worth the money.

Conclusion for The ProForm 4.5 Trainer Treadmill review

The ProForm 4.5 Trainer treadmill has a very nice console and a beautiful design. It comes with a good & powerful motor and with a very solid frame.

We especially liked the Custom Weight Loss center. This feature let you create a custom training program base in your personal details and goal.

We also appreciated the Interplay Universal iPod Dock system and the 2 speakers. Also we appreciated the life time warranty for the motor but in the same time we wished for a better warranty for the parts.

We can complain about the belt because it has only 55 inches on length. A 60 inch belt would add more value to this treadmill.

Overall the Proform 4.5 Trainer Treadmill is a good solid machine that will fit perfectly in your home gym. But this is still a economy treadmill and we don’t think will please a serious runner or a heavy trainer.
