The ProForm 7.5 distance trainer is a styled training machine equipped with a powerful 2.25 motor that will satisfy both casual trainers and heavy runners.

ProForm 7.5 Distance Trainer also has a iPod Dock system, a decent sound system and a nice console design.

The 7.5 Distance Runner is a excellent budget buy with some good features. Nevertheless, if you plan on doing heavy-duty training, you need to get a better and expensive treadmill.
