This is a review for the Image.Q 15 treadmill, a machine that can be bought at Wal-Mart for about $375. It is a pretty decent entry level treadmill and you can use it for running workouts. For running you should go for a much better machine.

For walking is pretty good. It has an 18-inch wide belt by 50 inches long. The top speed is 10 miles per hour and the maximum incline is 10 degrees. It has most of the standard features and also comes with four programmable workouts. At the end of each workout you can see how many miles you walked and other interesting information.

The pulse monitor is the thing that really worked great for me. I mean I am going to use this function.

To use it is like any other treadmill. You hit the start button and it starts off with just one mile per hour.

It is pretty noisy so if you want to watch TV or listen to music you may want to use headphones.

This treadmill has a 275-pound weight limit. It does fold up for easy storage but It is pretty hard to do this. If you manage to fold it you can move it around easily because it has wheels.

If you know what to expect from a low cost machine, you will be happy with what you receive here. Be aware, if you live in an apartment, the delivery company does not come inside, they can only leave the product in an entrance hall, so be sure to have a way to get it inside.
