The Horizon 2.3Tl Treadmill is a better version of the Horizon 1.3 model. Overall it is a solid machine with a good and quiet motor that will satisfy the medium trainer. It’s costing 300$ more than the 1.3T model and the money difference can be seen only when is about the engine and the number of the training workouts (from 1.75 to 2 CHP and from 3 to 4).
Same as the previous model the Horizon 2.3Tl Treadmill is a solid and durable machine but in the same time is a boring one. Only 4 workouts, no mp3 dock, speakers or TV screen.

Conclusion for Horizon 2.3Tl Treadmill review
The Horizon 2.3Tl Treadmill is a basic treadmill that will get the job done. Is a solid and robust machine that will last long time especially if you take care of it.
As a minus we note the fact that he has no entertainment features and the number of built in workouts is ridiculous low for this money.
Also even if the machine is a basic one the console doesn’t have a cheap look and is a nicely designed.
As a final conclusion: The Horizon 2.3T model is a pretty basic training machine but one that will satisfy most of the home trainers.
