The Bowflex 3 series Treadmill is the low end model in the Bowflex folding line .This line includes two other success models: The Bowflex 5 Series and the Bowflex 7 series. This machine doesn’t have a extraordinary design but compensate with the materials and components quality.

The Bowflex 3 series is entry level machine and the economy made by Bowflex is seen in the motor power (only 1.75 CHP) and some plastic components. Overall the machine doesn’t look bad but we will not recommend it to the ones that want to run. The 3 series is simply made for walkers or light trainers.

The Bowflex 3 series is part of a series of folding treadmills created by the same company. There are the 3 series, the 5 series and the 7 series. As you probably realized from the name this model is the low end one.

The assembling of this model is very straightforward because the parts are labeled and the assembly pictures are really self explanatory. This is a heavy machine and is almost imposable to be moved by a single person. Make sure you have someone to help you when the treadmill is delivered.

This machine is part of a success series and you will see this as soon as you start using. Even if the motor is not a very powerful one it will easily do the job. The machine is a solid one and even if doesn’t have the spark of a Bowflex 7 series it will win your heart very fast.

Conclusion for Bowflex 7 Series Treadmill review

This treadmill is easy to assemble and you will around 1 h to install this machine and in the package you will find all the tools you need for assemble this machine.

The Bowflex 7 series treadmill runs and feels like a solid and quality training machine. The belt runs smoothly, the motor is fairly quiet and you can easy adjust the speed and inline of the treadmill. Everything just feels solid on this machine.

What we didn’t like is the fact that action messages are present in a format hard to read. The message is scrolling horizontally but you can only read 2 letters at a time which is very difficult. Also we’ve expected more power from the built in fan.

Another small problem is the fact that the grip heart-rate monitor takes a very long time to provide a reading.

Overall the Bowflex 7 Series is a quality treadmill that will satisfy all the home users. We highly recommend this machine and we think is the best buy for the $1500 price range.
