For safe, convenient storage the treadmill has a special lift system that uses two hydraulic shocks to gradually raise and lower the deck. The lift system makes it safe and easy for people of all ages and strengths to store the treadmill.
All the models in this series have a low number of built in workouts. The Horizon 5.3T model, which is the top of the line, has only 10 workouts (this is a low number for this class). Even so, the workouts are very interesting and we especially loved the Golf Course workout.
The Horizon 5.3T Treadmill is a great looking with a good motor and belt. It will satisfy medium runners, walkers or joggers. If you area a heavy runner or you are training for some competition you should go for a superior model.
